Los Roques in Venezuela is a saltwater angler’s paradise. It offers by far some of the best fly fishing to be found in the Caribbean, both in terms of quantity but also the variety of species available to target. You can fish for big tarpon one day, permit the next, concentrate on the big schools of bonefish another day, or just aim for a mixed bag. Los Roques offer all of this and pretty much everything in between. It also has some great bluewater fishing, for those looking to add an extra element to their stay.
