xcalak on the fly (mexico) – SALTWATER FLATS PARADISE

If you’re looking for an amazing saltwater flats fly fishing experience for permit, bonefish, tarpon, and more at a fantastic price, then please do read on.

Xcalak on the Fly is Yucatan Peninsula’s newest fly fishing lodge, based out of Casa Paraiso. At Xcalak on the Fly (XOTF), the goal is to provide you with the most personalised and all-inclusive fly fishing experience.

Xcalak is a refreshingly undisturbed fishing village nestled along Mexico’s southernmost Caribbean coastline. In Xcalak, lush Mayan jungle meets turquoise Caribbean water. The fishing season here is year-round and the fish are abundant. With XOTF at Casa Paraiso, you’re sure to have a rewarding and relaxing time.

The goal at Xcalak on The Fly is to get you onto the fish of a lifetime. Their guides know where to be and when to be there. All of their guides are English speaking and are from Xcalak – they have been working these flats since they could walk.

Non-angler? No problem! The lodge is perfect to just sit and relax at, or excursions can be arranged as needed – the best of both worlds.
